This policy explains what OBLIQO collects when you interact with this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over that information. It is written in plain language and follows the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Last updated: 18 July 2026
We collect only what you provide through the waitlist form and the contact form on this site. That includes your email address and, where you choose to share it, the business details you submit as part of your application, such as company name, website, business category, and approximate monthly volume.
Application data is used strictly to assess your early-access application, to hold your place on the waitlist, and to contact you about the launch. Contact form messages are used only to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit either form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Application data is retained until launch onboarding is complete, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Contact messages are retained for a reasonable period to handle follow-ups and are then deleted.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored with our infrastructure and email providers strictly as processors under written agreements.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below.
All privacy requests should be sent to privacy@obliqopay.com. We aim to respond within thirty days.
The controller's full legal entity details will be published on this page upon our Q4 2026 launch. Until then, all requests are handled via the contact email above. OBLIQO operates on licensed payment infrastructure held outside the European Union, with granted SEPA access; while integrations are being completed we do not yet publicly disclose the operating entities.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email.
